Circus Maximus a decent sized theater for chariot races. In fact, it was such a decent size. It was the largest in the Rome. Some dark history is hidden in this place. Because the chariot races were so popular and distracting, Sabine woman would be abducted to be the romans’ wives as the men who had previously owned them enjoyed their show. This stadium was a great one none the less. It almost burnt to the ground several times, and still somewhat survived to this day.
